This may be because you have already previously joined as a G’day Rewards member.
Just go to our website and scroll down to click 'Renew' using your membership number.
If you can’t remember your number, look at the back of your membership card under the barcode, on any email from G'day Rewards or find your membership number here.
If you have not previously been a member your email address may already been in our system from a previous booking at one of our Parks. Please contact our team with your email address and the error appearing to membership@gdayrewards.com.au.
