If your fuel barcode is not working in the G'day Parks app, it may be that when you last you tried to use your fuel discount, the barcode did not refresh from the previous use.
You can use these steps to troubleshoot & resolve this issue:
- Check the Fuel Station you attended was listed on the G'day Parks App - Fuel Map.
- Ensure you have no pending app updates
- Note the last 4 digits of the fuel barcode number
- Refresh your screen by clicking into another area of the app
- Move back to the fuel screen & check the last 4 digits of the fuel barcode
- If you have not received a new barcode with a different last 4 digits, log out of the app
- Log back into the app.
- Move back to the fuel screen & check the last 4 digits of the fuel barcode
- If you have not received a new barcode with a different last 4 digits, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
If you receive a new barcode using the methods above, you now have a fuel barcode ready for use.
Please note - the barcode is valid for one use and it takes up to 24 hours from last use for the barcode to update.
