To view your past bookings on the G'day Parks app, please follow the instructions below:
- Log into the app. Click here to learn how to do this.
- Select 'My Profile' located at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
- Select 'Bookings' to view your past and upcoming stays.
If a booking is not showing after check-out you can claim a missing booking through the G'day Parks app. Once you've logged in, click on 'My Profile' then 'Claim Missing Booking'.
Booking history shows for 12 months after you have completed your stay.
