To make lost booking claim, log in to your membership dashboard at www.gdayrewards.com.au
Click the "Claim Missing Booking" button.
Fill in your booking details and submit your claim. Please note the details must exactly match the booking, ie Name, dates etc.
Your booking claim will be assessed within 5 working days.
Successful claims will then appear in your booking history, which you can access from the side menu.
Click "View my claim history" from the side menu to access your previous claims.
